BAERING, a full-service strategic communications and brand reputation management firm, has hired Jamie Ousterout to serve as Group Account Director overseeing account strategy and delivery services for the agency.
Ousterout, who brings over eight years of marketing experience with account services, strategy development, and project management, will ensure overall client service quality and employee productivity. Additionally, Ousterout will manage organizational performance by leading BAERING’s employee recruitment and retention efforts through mentorship and human resource management.
“Jamie has responsibility for all agency delivery and provides strategic insight that drives our team performance and work quality,” said Erin Smith, vice president of BAERING. “How efficiently we’re working internally sets the stage for how we perform externally for our clients and as an agency as a whole.”
Prior to joining BAERING, Ousterout was director of strategic accounts at Sharecare, Inc., where she managed digital marketing and patient acquisition strategies for large-scale, integrated accounts in the healthcare sector. Ousterout graduated from Cornell University with a bachelor of arts in English and history.
