As a hands-on president who spends the majority of her time working directly with clients, Erin offers the combination of industry knowledge, business acumen and communications expertise that companies need to adapt to change, outpace competition, and improve their relationships with stakeholders. From driving the agency’s growth strategy and direction, to overseeing client delivery and success, she understands the value to clients and brands of delivering on great ideas – infusing everything we do with a sense of urgency and total commitment to results.

Erin joined BAERING in 2010 as an account executive and has continued to rise through the ranks since then. Erin is a key player in the growth of the firm, both internally and externally expanding its service offerings to become fully-integrated and meet the ongoing demand to provide creative, branding, and digital services.

From intern to executive vice president, Michelle is deeply rooted in our success as an agency, serving as the backbone behind our operations and human resources needs. A key member of the agency’s leadership team, Michelle has leveraged her power of positive intent and passion for people to drive growth and tackle some of the agency’s biggest challenges.

Michelle has overseen all internal agency initiatives for the past six years, laser-focused on BAERING’s future, and navigating the growth that’s to come.

As Chairman, Rob sets our agency’s vision and is responsible for building, leading, and overseeing the growth of the agency and evolving our services to keep pace with an ever-changing digital landscape. With a wealth of knowledge gained from working in public relations, government affairs, marketing services and business development, partnered with an infectious optimism, Rob has built a strong reputation as a valued partner for senior executives across multiple industries.

A caring leader, Rob also lends his time and talents to the Raleigh community, where he serves on the board for The First Tee of The Triangle, Wake Education Partnership and the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers for The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina, StepUp Ministry and Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
